2010 NSYSA Fall Recreational Program

Starting this year, SoccerRI has moved to a new registration database provider. The new service is a large leap in terms of technology and features from the solution previously employed. The new process will make the registration process for individual programs (ie. Fall Rec, Spring Select) much easier than in the past. Please bear with us as we work with the new system and fine tune it to our needs.

The creation of the family and player accounts is a one time process. In the future, you will simply log into your family account and select the program you wish to register your child for. Player information, including parent info, emergency contacts, and medical information will automatically get carried forward into the programs registration form.

Please note that the registration process will automatically place your child in an age bracket based upon their birth date.  NSYSA officials will make all required adjustments prior to team placement - do not be concerned if your child does not appear in the correct bracket during the registration process.

Payment for your first child will be as listed above.
Second and third registered children will receive a $10 discount (i.e. $45. and $35. respectively) for a family maximum cost for Fall 2010 of $135.
(Family maximum amount does NOT include any late fees if applicable.)

Please note that ALL money collected is used for operating the league, paying for State required coaching certifications and High School scholarships.
NSYSA is a 100% volunteer organization which needs your help to continue providing children with a safe and pleasurable soccer experience.
Please consider volunteering by helping out as a coach, helping in the concession stand or as a future board member.

Any family with an unpaid balance from the previous sessions will be allowed to register their child but the child will NOT be assigned to a team until the balance is paid in full.
If you have an outstanding balance, please send payment to the following address stating that your payment is for an outstanding balance.

A late fee of $10 will be applied to every child registered after July12, 2010 with the exception of U6 players. U8-U17 registration for the fall session will end on July 12, 2010 (U6 registration will remain open through Labor Day - Sept. 6, 2010). The late fee is not included when the family maximum amount is calculated.  In order for all of the teams to be established and team head and assistant coaches to be identified, screened and assigned a team, we must have all children registered by mid-summer.  NSYSA & SoccerRI require that all coaches have comprehensive background checks performed so enough time is needed PRIOR to when the season begins to perform these necessary tasks.

Please be aware that during the registration of your children, you will be asked some questions regarding the following topics and you will be required to attest to them.

1. I understand that outstanding balances will prevent team assignment and that my child will not be allowed to participate in any fall season games until payment has been received or other arrangements have been made.
2. I have read and agree to abide by NSYSA's Code of Conduct.
