NSYSA Soccer Camps

Summer 2010

Help your children develop their soccer skills by attending NSYSA's second scheduled soccer camp for summer 2010.  Last year's summer camps were such a success that we decided to bring both organizations back again this summer.  Challenger Sports started the summer with a camp held the week of June 29th - July 2nd.

North American Soccer Camps (formerly MLS) follows up later in the summer with our second scheduled soccer camp the week of August 2nd - August 6th.

Registration for U8-U17 is closed
All new U8-U17 registrants go to waiting list  

• $10 Late fee across the board became effective, thereby moving our baseline single fee to $65.
• Waiting list policy went into effect.  Registration will NOT guarantee placement on a team.
• On line payment option is deactivated.  All payments for players activated from waiting list will need to be mailed to the PO Box (when the player is notified that they have been activated).

Registration for U6 is still OPEN!

Registration is easy and only takes a few minutes to complete.  Online payment for u6 is still available (base fee $55.00), allowing you to make payment via Mastercard, Visa or Discover card at the end of the registration process should you choose to do so (you may also opt to mail in payment as in the past). Referee Grade 8 Clinic

Dates: August 16, 19, 23, 26
Time: 6-9 PM (all 4 nights)
Where: Scouter's Hall, North Smithfield
Cost: $45 (?)

Notes:

• Grade refers to referee level, not your school grade.
• Attendance is required all 4 classes unless arrangements are made with instructor.
• Age requirement: Must be 12 before October 1st.
• Registration is required at RISRC.net follow the link to New Referee Clinic (seating is limited)
• Upon completion each individual will be allowed to ref games in the house Fall league.

NSYSA Fall Recreational U6 to U17 programs are now open for online registration.

All NSYSA Select teams (that is, U8-U16 second-session winter indoor and spring competitive outdoor teams) are filled first by players who compete in the Fall Rec. program.

Playing Fall Recreational soccer assures every player in these U8-U16 age groups the possibility of playing in our Select program. Players not participating in the NSYSA Fall Recreational program may potentially only be added to teams short on players!
